The Terms and Conditions of Payment are as follows.
Any additional or different terms by Guest are hereby deemed alterations and rejection of them is hereby given.
By submitting the credit card payment form, Guest agrees:
To be bound by and accepts the Terms and Conditions described in that guests contract.
Guest Is responsible and will deliver any remaining payment as agreed with by owner.
Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise agreed by owner.
NOTE: Guest is aware they may choose for owner to take payment via telephone. (same terms will apply)
Guest accesses and makes payments to this Web site at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will owner be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or
consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site.
Owner will not be responsible for any delays in postings or payments which result from any circumstances beyond
its control, including without limitation, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor
problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
Customer will be responsible for all of owner's costs of collection, including court costs, filing fees and attorney's
fees.
