How to Book a RESERVATION.
3 Simple Steps (after You have spoken with me PLEASE!)
Step 1 CAREFULLY read Rental Contract & call if any questions 919-389-5806
Step 2 Fill out Reservation Form at the bottom of the Rental Contract
Step 3 Payment (2 options)
PAYMENT OPTION#1) Full payment by credit card -or- PayPal (instant booking = add 3% transaction fee)
-- OR --
PAYMENT OPTION#2) personal check, bank check, company check, cashier check
money order, postal money order, direct deposit, wire transfer (fees may apply)
HOWEVER: to hold reservation requires a $200 TEMPORARY credit card HOLD payment (no transaction fee)
-must get ENTIRE payment to me within 3 business days (from filling out reservation form)
make/mail FULL payments to: Jeff Rosenzweig

Cary NC 27519
Once I receive your full payment, the TEMPORARY $200 HOLD payment will be refunded (3 to 5 business days)
And thats it! Your booked!
